We understand that for many participants and clubs, when it comes to housing during the tournament, affordability is key. With our partnership with the University of Ottawa, we have been able to maintain the prices secured in 2017 for on-campus accommodations. Â You can choose the type of accommodation that is best suited for your budget.
To access tournament hotels at reduced pricing or University of Ottawa residences at reduced pricing, you must book through Bingham Cup Ottawa 2022website. There will be a $15.75CAD Â fee per room reservation. This one-time fee applies to individual bookings or group bookings. The Bingham Cup Ottawa 2022 has designated Resiada as its only official housing provider .If you wish to benefit from the special Bingham 2022 rates at any of the four hotels with which we are working, you must reserve your hotel room through the Bingham Cup Ottawa 2022 website to access the Resiada web booking portal. Rates and reservations for the Bingham Cup Ottawa 2022 are only guaranteed when booked through Resiada. You cannot access the special rates or reserved room blocks by booking directly with the hotels.
While other companies may contact you about hotel reservations, they are not endorsed by Bingham Cup Ottawa 2022 in any capacity. For your protection, please exercise caution when making hotel arrangements. Hotel resellers or housing scammers frequently pose as official vendors and this may put you at risk. Please ensure that you are booking hotel reservations through the Bingham Cup Ottawa 2022 website to access the Resiada web booking portal.

The options are as follows:
1. Suite Style PackageÂ
The Suite style package offer guests privacy and convenience with two separate bedrooms, with one double bed each, a shared kitchenette and a private washroom with shower. Suites can house a maximum of four people.
The cost of a suite is $154.70 CAD per night, based on double occupancy. Included in the Suite Style package fee are two breakfast passes for each nightâs stay at the Universityâs All-You-Care-to-Eat food facility. Kindly note that you can only book the whole suite in the package form detailed above - you cannot book a singular bedroom in a suite.Â
2. Traditional Dorm Style Rooms
These traditional style university dorm accommodations are furnished with one or two single beds, with shared separate menâs and womenâs washrooms on each floor. It should be noted that these rooms are not air conditioned.
The cost for these rooms is extremely low: double rooms are only $74.00 CAD per night, while the single room is a budget friendly $37.00 CAD per night. Passes for the Universityâs All-You-Care-to-Eat food facility can be secured for an additional fee.a

University of Ottawa Meal Plan
All registered participants, whether staying at the University or not, will have the opportunity to dine in the Universityâs state of the art All-You-Care-To-Eat dining hall. Registered participants can choose from different stations offering a variety of delicious meals made on site with fresh ingredients, along with dessert and beverage stations. They also have access to vegetarian, vegan or made-without-gluten meals.
âVouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be used on the day and for the meal for which they were issued.
The discounted rates for the dining hall (inclusive of all applicable taxes) are as follows:
- Breakfast: $12 CAD
- Lunch: $18 CAD
- Dinner: $23 CAD
NOTE:
No lunches will be sold during the days of tournament play. Â Packed lunches will be provided to all registrants on-site every day but finalsâ day

Breakfast vouchers are included with several University of Ottawa room/suite packages; if you have already booked accommodation on the University of Ottawa campus, please ensure you do not purchase extraneous breakfast vouchers.
The University of Ottawa requires at least 75 paying guests to offer service for any given meal. If fewer than 75 participants buy vouchers for a meal, there will be no All-you-care-to-eat food service for that meal.
As a logical consequence of the last two points, it is highly likely that All-you-care-to-eat meal services will be offered every morning for breakfast. Other meals will be serviced depending on demand.
To avoid having to issue voucher refunds for meals which would end up not being serviced, Bingham 2022 Ottawa will only charge the meals to participants' credit cards or other payment methods on July 2nd, 2022. Please keep this date in mind to avoid unpleasant surprises. Those meals for which the threshold of75 guests is not met will not be charged and participants will be informed accordingly
Hotel Accommodation
We have negotiated reduced rates at four official Bingham Cup Ottawa 2022 hotels, all located in Ottawaâs downtown core and within walking distance of transit and of all the tournament activities.  We have something for every price point.  In order to secure these rates, you must book through our official registration system.Â
There are more than 10 large hotels located within less than 15 minutesâ walk from the University of Ottawa Campus, with many locations directly adjacent to a light rail station and within a stoneâs throw from all of the tournament activities. Others are located right beside tourist attractions. These hotels combined offer thousands of rooms at various price points. Â
âIf you are booking with a non-partner hotel, we kindly request that you confirm with them and us, through our registration system, the name of the hotel and the number of nights stay.   This is very important: we have secured grant-funding which is dependent on the number of hotel-room night stays resulting from the tournament.  We thank you in advance for your cooperation on this matter.
Located near Parliament Hill, ByWard Market, Rideau Canal and CF Rideau Shopping Centre and across from the Lyon Light Rail Station. Maintain your fitness routine in the hotel's gym, relax on the outdoor terrace or take a dip in the indoor saltwater pool.
